• Please sign the agreement and return by fax, courier or regular mail. Also please enclose a copy of your valid passport.Remit to:

• After receipt of your contract, we will send you two invoices and a concept of the Domestic Rules and Regulations;
• As soon as your payment has been processed, we will send you the original Domestic Rules and Regulations signed by the foundation’s manager;
• From that moment onwards; you can start transferring your assets to the foundation.

We have partnered with T.W.M. Trust N.V. to act as foundation manager for all of Pinkpoint Management N.V.’s clients. TWM Trust NV is located on Curaçao, and is supervised by the Central Bank of Curacao and St. Maarten. In case of unsatisfactorily resolved complaints, this institution will also perform the role of ombudsman.
